We are seeing another round of hoax emails in circulation claiming to be a valid message from our Support Department. So far, the emails are being sent from customerserviceservice.service@gmail.com. We have blocked all future emails from this address and have added custom spam rules to help detect future emails such as this and mark them as spam. These emails do not originate from Net Communications (www.netcom.co.uk) and should be deleted. Net Communications do not and never will request your account access details via email. The emails have similar subject lines: 'Dear netcom.co.uk Customer' and the body of the message is in the following format:
"Dear netcom.co.uk Customer,
HTK4S a virus was detected in Net Communications Webmail Server, all netcom.co.uk webmail accounts must be updated immediately to prevent damage to our Database. You are asked to provide the identity account listed below to allow us to check and maintain your account with the new version HTK4S anti-virus/anti-Spam 2011. failure to provide valid information, your account will be temporarily suspended from our services.

If you receive email similar to these, ignore and delete them. If you have followed the instructions in the email and responded with your username and password, please contact us immediately to avoid any security issues with your account.
