Cancellations and refunds


You may cancel any service with Net Communications at any time by giving at least one months written notice (including your full contact details and details of the service to be cancelled) by

If there are any outstanding arrears or account issues these would need to be settled before the cancellation request can be processed.

If you pay, or have paid, for a service by standing order, we will notify you to cancel the standing order. We will only cancel the service once the standing order has been cancelled by you. If you fail to cancel the standing order for any reason and subsequently require a refund, we will only consider up to the previous 12 months and there will be a charge of 25% of the refund amount.
