DECEMBER 2017 – SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
On the 27th December 2017, we are planning a seamless transfer to newer servers which have been upgraded to new and more powerful hardware. We are not expecting any disruption as your services will be duplicated across live servers before any changes will need to be made.
We have chosen this time as this is generally the quietest period when most of our customers are enjoying the Christmas holidays.
Once data synchronisation is completed, which we estimate will complete by the 28th December, both the new and old servers will need to be reconfigured. This may cause a period of disruption over the following 24 hours but any email received during this period will be queued by our old incoming mail handlers and will be delivered once the new server is live.
We do not anticipate any problems. If however you have any questions please do hesitate to send an email to support@netcom.co.uk.
Regards,
Net Communications Technical Department.
